Months fly by so fast these days. It seemed like yesterday I was sitting among blankets a few days after Christmas, snuggled up with my cats, watching Star Wars.
Oh well. With change and time comes wisdom! (Pst: It’s almost my birthday.)
There’s so much great music out there these days. My music, Taylor Swift’s music, so many genres…

What music have you been loving lately?
There’s been a trend lately to fake calligraphy, and I’ve been doing it myself a lot lately. Someone requested this post in the comments on this post, and I’m also doing it for the benefit of my best friend Liv.
You’ll want to have a pencil and a fine-tipped pen like a Papermate Flair (fine-tipped) or a Sharpie pen.
Before you start, make sure you have a phrase or a word you want to use. It’s up to you what you use. I used these beautiful lyrics from Taylor Swift’s Out of the Woods. Just write out your phrase in basic script.
Now, like with a calligraphy pen, take your pencil and make some parts of the letter bigger and bolder than others.
Your result will be the one on the right. Start going over the letters with your pen and filling in the bolder spots.
Here’s your final product! It’s hassle-free and you don’t need any fancy lettering classes or pens. You can choose to leave it like this or decorate it with little flowers, dots, or whatever you please.
Tell me about your results if you choose to do this below. ↓ Happy lettering!
Good evening pretty people!
Tomorrow is Friday, hooray! I don’t know about you, but I am ready for the weekend already.
I really love music. In fact, I write my own songs, dabble in piano, and play the violin very well. I also love making playlists, as it’s a way to combine all of my favourite bands, singers, and people into one little list. Playlists help me… escape, sort of, from other things happening. Today, I have an autumn playlist full of moody rhythms, soft rock, pop, and techno from some of the top artists trending now.
